The Role
As the Building Services Engineer, you'll:
* Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess mechanical system performance and compliance.
* Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated building solutions.
* Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
* Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, and health and safety policies.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting during commissioning and handover phases.
* Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and scheduling.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Mechanical Engineering (Minimum), Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
* Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering within a commercial or residential environment.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Excellent problem–solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on–site.
