Responsibilities, hours and the day-to-day of the role
* You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week. Shifts can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, and hours will be allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance on a rolling basis.
* You will be required to drive up to 2 hours to get to your venue, with possible use of public transport depending on venue type.
* At Bluecrest everything we do is of the highest quality – including our clinic venues; you’ll work in many new and varied venues within your region.
* The first step of the day involves planning your route and travelling to your allocated venue – you can expect to drive from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. On arrival, you’ll unpack and set up your kit and begin greeting customers for the day. You can expect to see anything from 15 to 22 customers in a day, and appointments can range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer depending on the package and assessments chosen.
* You will perform various health assessments with customers based on their chosen packages, including but not limited to: PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests, and offer advice on further testing where appropriate. You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
* You will not be required to relay any results or further lifestyle advice with customers after the assessments are complete.
