About The Role
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Gloucester
You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team focused on providing a responsive, customer‑focused service. Your work will help us ensure that every home we manage meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Carrying out landlord gas safety checks
* Servicing and repairing gas boilers and heating systems
* Diagnosing faults and delivering efficient repairs
* Participating in the out‑of‑hours on‑call rota as required
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant qualifications (CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1)
* Experience in gas servicing and repairs in domestic properties
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Additional Requirements
* An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
* The right to work in the UK
* Participation in the on‑call rota
Benefits Package
* £41,702.17 annual salary, with regular pay reviews
* 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday, with paid overtime opportunities
* Out‑of‑Hours Service Rate – £835 per week covering availability, support and first‑time fix payments during these hours
* Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform, tablet and mobile phone provided
* 27 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each year
