Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our Olympics & Major Events division, a specialist international sales unit that works with National Olympic Committees, National Paralympic Committees, and broadcasters of the Olympics and Paralympics. The role is full‑time and requires eligibility to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Creation and Development of Visual Assets and Sales Propositions:
o Generic Rightsholder and Brand Presentations: Assist in developing best‑in‑class generic introduction presentations for leading international rights‑holders and major events.
o Customised Brand Partnership Sales Pitches: Support development of custom partnership pitch presentations to wow clients.
o Rightsholder Asset Focus: Design focus includes leading UK rights‑holders such as Team GB, Paralympics GB, and more.
* Support in Concept Development and Storytelling:
o Interpret brand identities to create visually compelling narratives and key visuals.
o Challenge and push creative boundaries to achieve unique executions.
o Translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
o Ensure consistency in visual messaging across all presentation materials.

Requirements & Experience
* Technical competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Experience with AI platforms such as Nano Banana Pro, Higglesfield AI, Midjourney, and others.
* Understanding of key visual elements, typography, and layout design.
* Ability to brainstorm creative concepts, communicate them, and translate into key visuals.
* Organisational skills to multi‑task, work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to understand stakeholder needs.
* Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues globally.
