Essential Skills & Criteria Proven ability to nurture trade accounts (joiners, interior designers, contractors) cultivating strong rapport and trust. Demonstrated capability in cross-selling and upselling. Experience in manufacturing, or trade environments is highly advantageous Commercially minded: adept at using customer data, identifying top-selling products, and negotiating effectively using discount strategies. Comfortable generating quotes, following up via email or portal systems, and engaging with customers Strong verbal and written communication. Methodical approach to maintaining accurate records and managing customer leads. What's on Offer Salary: £30-35K Competitive commission structure.
