This position is for an immediate start, and is full-time, long term until the end of the academic year. For the successful Behaviour Mentor, there is also the potential for a permanent contract to be offered. Behaviour Mentor, Romford - The Provision: Successful provision provides at risk pupils aged 11 - 16 with access to education and behavior intervention Young people attend the provision for either a short term (6 weeks to 1 term) or long term (2 terms+) placements Students progress is carefully tracked and staff work to improve both academic and attitude outcomes Classes are small class sizes of a 1-6 students, each class has a Behaviour Mentor The staff team are all passionate individuals who work collaboratively to offer the best and most flexible teaching methods for their students.
