We’re looking for a Despatch Team Member to join our Gateshead site, working night shift as part of our busy logistics operation.
This is an important role in ensuring our products are picked, loaded and despatched accurately and on time, helping us deliver for our customers every day. You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality and teamwork are central to everything we do.

Key Accountabilities
As a Despatch Team Member, you’ll help ensure daily sales orders are picked, assembled and loaded correctly, meeting customer requirements safely and efficiently.
You’ll work in line with site standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy, hygiene and safety while supporting smooth warehouse operations throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Accurately pick, assemble and load products onto the correct vehicles
🔹 Minimise product damage and ensure only quality products are despatched
🔹 Check goods into Despatch from Manufacturing and maintain effective stock rotation
🔹 Highlight shortages or issues that may affect customer orders
🔹 Work both independently and as part of a team to meet distribution deadlines
🔹 Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with “Clean As You Go” standards
🔹 Safely operate Forklift Trucks and other MHE (where trained and authorised)
🔹 Report equipment faults, hazards or food safety risks promptly
🔹 Follow site procedures, training and safety guidelines
🔹 Contribute ideas to improve despatch processes, product quality or efficiency
What You’ll Bring
