Conveyancing Paralegal – Southam – Warwickshire (Near Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry) – £24,000 to £28,000

The role
* Provide full paralegal support within the Residential Conveyancing team
* Assist with a varied caseload including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, and new‑build), re‑mortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity
* Carry out compliance checks, maintain accurate files, and manage case documentation efficiently
* Draft correspondence, contracts, and other conveyancing documents as required
* Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to progress matters
* Ensure key dates are accurately recorded and deadlines are met
* Attend team meetings and assist with general administrative support as required

You
* At least one year of experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong case management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
* Confident in using initiative and handling clients professionally
* Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly
