Job Title: SALES PROGRESSOR– Residential Estate Agency
Location: Worthing, BN11
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full-Time

With full training and guidance, you'll play a vital role in the sales process, progressing transactions to completion while enjoying excellent earning potential and career growth.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing your own portfolio of property sales from offer to exchange and completion
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other agents
* Handling surveys, renegotiations, and client paperwork
* Ensuring regular communication and updates for clients throughout the process
* Maintaining accurate records and progress notes
* Promoting and up-selling recommended financial services and solicitors (earning additional rewards)
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Estate agency or property sales progression experience desirable (training available)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines
* Proactive, motivated, and results-driven attitude
* Good IT and administrative skills
