Role Overview

As a Director in the Digital practice, you will play a key role in driving excellent client service and maximizing satisfaction across the portfolio. You will provide senior support to the leadership of the Digital team, help manage the team’s work to deliver stellar programmes in online channels, and oversee integration with the broader FH London business. You will lead a number of digital and service offerings, advocating for them in FHF and the global network, and driving revenue through selling and building expertise. You will manage day‑to‑day responsibilities including:

* Leading development of compelling digital and social programme strategies and plans, providing oversight and guidance to the team in executing effectively, and ensuring integration across the broader business.
* Providing senior counsel to Digital clients, strategic account planning and advice.
* Being the account lead for 2–3 Digital clients, supported by a wider team of specialists.
* Overseeing the Digital team to ensure a high standard of quality across deliverables and superior client service, driving satisfaction and client retention.
* Managing efficient operations of the Digital team, including accurate and timely financial forecasting, resourcing, capacity, and effective utilization of all members, ensuring administrative and operational excellence.
* Contributing to global and regional network initiatives and knowledge sharing for the Digital global practice.
* Developing new business by identifying opportunities for organic growth, responding to external briefs, and leading proposals and pitches.
* Creating and managing wider agency selling of Digital service offerings: service development, marketing collateral, CRM sales training, team delivery training, and integration with the global service offering.
* Motivating, guiding and managing direct reports to build a highly engaged and productive team.

As a senior member of the firm, you will also contribute to agencies overall, leading and supporting cross‑office initiatives in marketing, business development, strategy and culture.
