Responsibilities of a Trainee Business Account Manage

• rSupport experienced Account Managers and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of customer account management
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
• .Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts to a high standard
• .Prepare quotations and process amendments efficiently and accurately
• .Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules and project requirements
• .Manage variations, additional requirements and customer expectations throughout project lifecycles
• .Monitor account performance and contribute towards business growth within existing customers
• .Assist with debt management and account administration activities
• .Develop a strong understanding of the construction industry, market trends and competitor activity
• .Travel across the UK to meet customers and support business activities, including occasional overnight stays
