This specialist provision supports young people aged 2-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and other complex needs. The school promotes a therapeutic, inclusive, and vocationally rich approach, delivering highly personalised support either in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils, teachers, and the wider school community. This is a rewarding and varied position offering the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP / January 2025
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: 8:30am 4:00pm (Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week)
Pay Rate: GBP85.10 GBP98.20 per day (depending on experience)Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or young people
GCSEs in English and Maths
Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (within the last year)
Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service or willing to apply)
