We're looking for a multi-disciplinary designer with a strong motion focus to join a growing team This hands-on role suits a creative all-rounder who can bring brand assets to life across video, social and digital, while confidently delivering print, presentations and events. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Growth to create standout work that strengthens the brand and drives measurable impact.
Package: £45,000 - £55,000
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 12 months with a potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities
Design across a broad mix of formats including digital, social, OOH, video, print, presentations, events, sponsorship activations and merchandise.
Bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful motion design (campaign assets, social content, product moments).
Create high-quality design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing managers and external suppliers (e.g. production partners, printers).
Skills & Experience
Strong motion design capability, with confidence adding motion craft to static assets.
Excellent foundational design skills across digital and print, producing polished and distinctive work.
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
Experience working within established brand guidelines while confidently pushing creative boundaries.
Highly organised and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with marketers, writers and external partners.
Experience in financial services or a fast-growth business (desirable but not essential).
