Trainee Teacher Bristol
Are you passionate about education and seeking a new challenge in Bristol? We are currently in search of a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor or trainee teacher to become a valuable part of our team at a delightful secondary school in Bristol, known for its positive learning environment and good behaviour.
Full and part-time positions are available immediately for the right individuals, with the standard working day from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm.
As a Cover Supervisor / Trainee Teacher you will oversee the classrooms in a teacher's absence, ensuring a positive learning environment, managing student behaviour, facilitating pre-prepared lessons, and providing essential support to maintain continuity in education.
For this role you will need:
1. A minimum of A levels
2. Preferable experience in a secondary school setting, but not essential!
3. To attend a free cover supervisor training course in house (if you haven't got in school experience)
4. Effective communication with students and strong classroom management skills.

The pay for this position ranges from £120 per day for a trainee and up to £140 per day for an experienced Cover Supervisor with higher qualifications.
