* Progression to a management role is encouraged.
* 10 years post-qualification experience.
* Experience in substantial re-cladding and residential projects is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Revit.
* Various sector Experience working on Multi Million pound Projects.
* Strong Technical Back ground working on large scale residential projects
* Knowledge of Scottish building standards
