You will manage a full caseload focused almost exclusively on matters that fall to the Magistrates' Court (including hybrid civil cases) and Crown Court litigation with the assistance of a supportive wider team. * Relevant professional qualifications (qualified solicitor, barrister or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation practice rights)
