£26,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)
Commutable from Chester (Eccleston, Tattenhall) and Wrexham (Farndon, Rossett)

The Role:
Our client is a well‑established company who provides a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide. We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Customer Sales Administrator to join a friendly team.
The responsibilities of the Customer Sales Administrator:
* Process quotations and invoices, ensuring accurate data entry and database updates.
* Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures.
* Liaise effectively with internal departments, including customer service, to support smooth operations.
* Input and maintain data using Sage and bespoke internal systems.
* Follow up with suppliers to track deliveries and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
* Coordinate with installation teams to ensure completion and collection of signed job sheets.
* Provide general administrative support across the team as required.
The successfully appointed Customer Sales Administrator will have:
* A background in administration.
* The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* IT literate.
* Attention to detail.
* Organised and able to work methodically.
