Job Description
Working in a fast paced, proactive telesales team.
* Responsible for nurturing existing B2B accounts, as well as expanding a portfolio of clients and prospects.
* Researching businesses and approaching senior decision makers.
* Pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
* Building strong relationships - with the public as well as C-level executives.
* Organising and following up daily tasks within your existing pipeline.
* Coaching and support will be provided, to aid you in the pursuit of existing KPI's as well as maximise your potential and ensure your own professional development.
* Maintain impeccable data integrity.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in account management or a related role within sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
