Our client is a highly-regarded defendant law firm who are looking to strengthen their local authority department. This is a remote working role.
Your new role
- Manage your own caseload of casualty injury claims on behalf of local authorities such as housing associations and charities.
- Assist senior associates and partners on high-value catastrophic claims.
- Support marketing and undertake business development activity to bolster the profile of the team.
- Attend networking events and client training.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive with experience in EL/PL, occupiers liability and highway liability claims. Experience assisting with higher-value casualty claims is beneficial. Experience working with local authorities is beneficial. In-house solicitors with personal injury experience are encouraged to apply.
