Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed assessments through telephone, video, or face‑to‑face appointments to understand how a claimant’s disability, condition, or illness affects everyday activities.
* Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports.
* Interpret clinical information and evidence accurately.
* Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct.
* Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a qualified healthcare professional (listed below).
* Demonstrated broad clinical knowledge.
* Experience using computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Essential Qualifications (without these your application cannot be considered)
* Nurses: Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only) and Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).
* Physiotherapists / Occupational Therapists: Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist; Member of the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) or College of OT’s (COT).
