About the Role
Broad Oak Group are looking for an administrator to work in the Submissions division, where we analyse installation projects of insulation and heating measures and submit to relevant external companies.
The job involves high attention to detail, analysing data from individual properties where installations works have taken place. Through numerous Government or Council led schemes, we are required to put together paperwork that is compliant and complete and submit to the relevant Funders, in a timely manner. The role is fast paced, working with monthly deadlines.
The job role will include: -
· Administration of installation records.
* Liaise with Management, Work Operatives, External Companies and Retrofit Coordinators.
* Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a calm, well organised and methodical manner.
· Download allocated jobs from the server.
· Check job paperwork for compliance to meet OFGEM Guidance and Funder/Council requirements.
· Update status of job on shared spreadsheet with office.
· Collate, submit and maintain required administrative information and installation data.
· Full training Given.
Full training and support will be given, experience in a managerial role would be advantageous but not essential.
