Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and fashion-savvy P.A. and Logistics Assistant to support a dynamic Bridal and Luxury Womenswear Seamstress Company. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, and provide personal assistance to Managing Director within a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and has a strong ability to always think one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:Personal Assistant Duties:
* Provide day-to-day administrative tasks in a professional manor
* Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with errands, personal tasks, and lifestyle management as required.
* Coordinate communication and liaise with clients, vendors, and industry contacts.
* Coordinate the shipping and receiving of samples and garments.
* Oversee company orders and inventory.
* Maintain a tidy and organized studio or workspace.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a logistics organisational role
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* A valid driver's license (if travel is required).
* Passion for fashion and the creative industry.
