The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen to join the University of Edinburgh Human Resources Department. This post is a guaranteed hours role (100 hours minimum per year) and is hybrid, requiring both working from home and on University campuses. We are looking for an organised individual to take accurate meeting notes to support formal HR investigations and hearing panels for case management, including grievance, disciplinary and appeals against dismissals.
Required skills and attributes
* Flexibility.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in writing and in person, exercising discretion and diplomacy, respect and confidentiality.
* Organisation and strong time management skills.
* Ideally, previous experience in note taking.
