Job Title: PMO Manager (Governance)

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the utilities sector? Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Manager (Governance) to join their dynamic Connections Reform Programme team! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility and complex programme that aims to enhance the connections process, ensuring quicker and more efficient network designs for viable and Net Zero aligned projects.
As a key player in this initiative, you will collaborate with colleagues across various organisations, including Ofgem, DESNZ, and Network companies, to deliver joint governance that benefits customers and consumers alike!
What You'll Do:
In this role, you will report directly to the Programme Manager and work closely with the wider PMO team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting for joint industry forums. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the 'tech sec' for joint governance forums, managing invites, minutes, terms of reference, and agenda preparation.
Owning and facilitating updates to key project documents, including joint RAID, joint industry plan, and action tracker.
Managing and delivering governance for a complex project with multiple accountable organisations.
Crafting concise project dashboard reports, including executive summary updates, and translating complex topics into key messages.
Collaborating with the internal risk and governance manager to align internal and joint RAID processes.
Facilitating the joint change control process, ensuring thorough impact assessments and plan updates.
Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their requirements are met.

Proven experience in project dashboard reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to create consistent ways of working.
