As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders this Black Friday and Christmas. What you’ll be doing
* Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter to ensure a great shopping experience
* Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
* Keep the stock room neat and tidy and restock products from deliveries
* Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide product recommendations
* Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to assist with recommendations
