Job Description: We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Defence team. As an Account Manager you will ensure TVS delivers excellent customer service, innovation and cost-down opportunities to the client, whilst maximising revenue and profit for TVS SCS. You will lead on contract growth opportunities, including support to wider business development activities, including contract negotiation and pricing considerations. As the internal voice of the customer, the account manager will identify and challenge the effectiveness of business processes which underpin contract performance taking the lead internally to drive the continuous improvement across all business functions.
