The Impact You’ll Make
* End-to-End Management: Oversee multimodal shipments (Sea, Air, and Road) from initial booking through to the final mile.
* The Logistics \"Fixer\": Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, hauliers, and overseas partners to proactively bypass bottlenecks.
* Compliance Lead: Navigate customs documentation with precision, ensuring every shipment is audit-ready and delivered on time.
* Client Champion: Build real rapport with customers, providing proactive updates and expert solutions.
What You’ll Bring
* Industry Experience: 2+ years in a UK freight forwarding environment.
* Multimodal Fluency: You know your Bill of Lading from your Air Waybill and can pivot between modes with ease.
