* Provide strategic leadership and direction across all aspects of the school.
* Oversee academic standards, safeguarding, and compliance with relevant educational regulations.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of qualified online teachers and pastoral staff.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school culture focused on student success and well-being.
* Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and engagement.
* Drive innovation in online teaching methods and use of educational technologies.
* Collaborate with senior leaders at Cambridge Online Education Ltd. to achieve strategic goals and uphold the school’s ethos and reputation.
* Monitor and report on student progress, outcomes, and school performance.
* Represent and promote the school at online open days, events, and external stakeholder meetings.
