Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll Maintain up-to-date payroll records including starters, leavers, pay changes, and deductions Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments in line with legislation Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of confidentiality Prepare payroll reports and liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist HR manager with administrative duties What you will need: Previous experience within similar roles such as – Payroll Clerk, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Assistant, HR & Payroll Clerk, Payroll Officer, Payroll Specialist, Payroll Technician, Payroll Specialist Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work with confidential information Confident within Excel – VLOOKUP’s & Pivot tables What you will get: Flexible working hours Free on-site parking 20 days annual leave bank holidays (rising to 25 days with service) Access to employee perk schemes Life insurance Sick pay Company pension If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
