A fast-growing creative experiences agency is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow the agencys own digital presence. \n This is a hands-on, creative role where youll shape how the agency shows up online - from storytelling and trends to content creation and employer branding. Youll be instrumental in building not just a following, but a thriving community of talent, clients, and industry partners, strengthening the agencys profile and positioning it as a leading creative employer.
This is a hybrid role based in Woking (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), offering creative autonomy and close collaboration with the leadership team. \n\n Develop and implement the agencys social media and marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, attract top talent, and engage target audiences. \n Define and own tone of voice, content pillars, and posting cadence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
\n Plan and manage the content calendar aligned to recruitment campaigns, agency milestones, and thought leadership. \n Create and publish engaging content posts, stories, video snippets, graphics, blogs, and newsletters highlighting agency culture, projects, and people. \n Collaborate with internal teams to source content from day-to-day operations, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
