What We’re Looking For NMC Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD. Experience within a nursing home or care setting. Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care. Support residents’ health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice. Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts. Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
