Business Manager, Vehicle Finance and Insurance
The Finance and Insurance Business Manager is an integral part of the team at CMI Toyota Portside, delivering expertise in finance and insurance solutions to our customers to help realise their vehicle purchasing ambitions. In your new role, you’ll harness your motivation and drive to deliver exceptional customer service, negotiating and influencing to find the best possible solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Consult with customers on finance and insurance related to vehicle purchases
* Build and nurture lasting positive customer relationships
* Maintain product knowledge currency to achieve best outcomes
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions that help achieve sales
* Reach monthly targets and KPIs in a busy environment
About you
* Proven finance and insurance sales experience in the automotive industry
* Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
* Professional and enthusiastic work ethic to maintain relationships
* A commitment to customer experience, whilst keeping a keen focus on results
* Good computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems and programs
* Possession of a current drivers licence is required
