* Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning and behaviour support plans
* Helping students with communication, literacy, and sensory regulation strategies

* Encouraging inclusive participation and building positive relationships with students
* Collaborating with teaching staff and external specialists to provide holistic support

* A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or a related degree

* Experience in mentoring, tutoring, volunteering, or youth work (desirable but not essential)
