Job Summary Corporate Commercial Surveyors are a Rating Surveyor, operating across England and Wales. Our Operations Centre in the West Midlands has been growing from strength to strength and looking to expand. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of how to manage leads and customer interactions. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve targets. Commitment, drive and focus to maximise new business opportunities via telephone, and to be able to close a sale. Requirements Proven experience in sales, ideally in a Business 2 Business environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strength of charachter with a results-oriented mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
