Support Staff in Secondary Schools - Chester
We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Chester that are looking for graduate support staff to join them in September. Whether you studied Psychology, English, Maths, Counselling, Literature, Fine Art, or a related degree, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your knowledge and enthusiasm to make a real impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1
2. Helping with Maths, English, and other core subjects
3. Assisting children with SEND or additional needs (training provided)
4. Building relationships and encouraging positive behaviour
5. Gaining hands-on experience of school life, valuable for future careers in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, SEN, or youth work

Candidate Requirements:
* Degree: A 2:2 or above
