Requirements
* Previous experience within a warehouse environment
* Experience managing or supervising a team of up to 10 people
* Strong knowledge of goods out operations, including smalls and large goods
* Ability to carry out manual handling duties
* Good communication skills and understanding of English, written and spoken
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
Responsibilities
* Managing and supporting a team of up to 10 warehouse operatives
* Overseeing the goods in/dispatch departments
* Organising daily workloads and allocating tasks effectively
* Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
* Monitoring performance and maintaining high standards of health and safety
* Supporting with stock control and general warehouse duties where required
