MCS Group is working with a rapidly growing, Northern Ireland-based tech scale-up looking to expand its data team. They're now seeking a Data Analyst to help uncover insights, shape product direction, and support commercial teams through meaningful analysis. The Role: Analyse product and user data to identify trends in engagement, retention, and performance Deliver clear reports and dashboards for internal teams and external stakeholders Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to support decision-making Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics and highlight opportunities for improvement Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to embed data into every stage of development Maintain high data quality and consistency across tools Shape key product and business metrics The Person Experience in a data/product/business analyst role (ideally in tech or SaaS) Strong SQL and Python skills (e.g. Pandas, NumPy) and confidence handling large, complex datasets Proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Metabase) Excellent communication and data storytelling skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams A curious, proactive mindset Salary: Circa £35,000 Location: Belfast - Hybrid To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Jill Johnston, Head of IT Contracts, at MCS Group Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
