Role Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Manager, we are looking for someone to:
1. Handle inbound Sales calls from potential clients interested in commercial secured loans
2. Develop sales opportunities through establishing the nature of their business, growth plans & future need
3. Qualify leads by assessing the customers' needs and providing them with the most appropriate loan products and services
4. Provide expert insight on loan products, repayment terms and eligibility requirements
5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalised and professional service
6. Effectively manage and track all leads and interactions in the CRM system maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
7. Collaborate with the underwriting and fulfilment teams to ensure smooth loan processing
8. Meet or exceed monthly Sales targets and KPI’s set by management
9. Upsell or Cross-sell additional financial products to existing clients when appropriate
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
11. Represent the company brand and values in all contact with customers to maximise customer retention and repeat business
Qualifications
Essential
* Proven experience in high volume telephone sales within the financial services or Commercial lending space
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively
* Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Desirable
* Candidates with Secured Loan/ Broker experience will be highly regarded
* Experience of building and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients
* Experience of the commercial finance market and associated products
* Experience in relationship building
