As a Sales Consultant in our Bournemouth Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night's sleep every night with the help of our sleepPRO technology! We'll ensure you're fully trained and supported to succeed.
Our stores are places our teams can be proud of, so you'll need to get involved in moving products and keeping the store tidy. Our customers shop evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, offering you the chance to earn uncapped commission. We also offer days off and overtime opportunities.
What we're looking for:
Someone who takes pride in customer service, with a 'can do' attitude, able to adapt to customer needs, and experienced in a customer-facing role with confident communication skills. Resilience and resourcefulness are key to spotting sales opportunities and helping your store succeed.
