Team Manager (PO4)

Responsibilities

Requirements

* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably at the PO4 level or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
* Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable tasks.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
* Experience in performance management, including conducting reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Competency in resource management and project coordination.
* Proficient in relevant software tools and technology used for team management and reporting.
* A degree in business management, administration, or a related field is preferred.
