Office location: To work across our Cheltenham and Staverton offices
We are looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our growing reception team.
The role will involve working across three of our offices in Cheltenham and Staverton on a rota basis, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (parking is provided)
Role and Responsibilities:
Use our computerised telephone system to answer and filter volume incoming calls
Meet and greet visitors and clients
Co-ordinate, book and prepare meeting rooms
Prepare drinks for meetings
Ensure maintenance of reception areas and meeting rooms
Manage internal and external post and assist with scanning

Requirements:
You have client facing experience in an office environment (essential)
Previous reception experience is desirable
You have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills
You are confident, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
A good understanding of microsoft packages
