Credit Controller Opportunity in Westbury
1. Salary: From £12.71 per hour, pending experience.
2. Hours: 40 hours per week from 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, is currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller for their busy Westbury head office.
Reporting to the Head Office Accounts Manager and working as part of a small, friendly accounts/administration team, your key responsibilities will include:
4. Manage customer accounts and credit limits in line with company policy.
5. Monitor, review and actively pursue aged debt.
6. Proactively contact customers to secure payment and resolve queries.
7. Allocate incoming cash accurately and perform regular account reconciliations.
8. Prioritise high?risk and overdue debts to minimise exposure.
9. Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing or account discrepancies.
10. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
What is our client looking for? Someone with a strong understanding of credit control and accounts receivable, a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You’ll be confident, professional, and organised, with the ability to balance priorities in a busy environment. Previous experience working in the automotive industry/with commercial vehicles or a relevant accountancy qualification would be highly beneficial; however, this is non-essential.
