The role involves managing a caseload, completing assessments, and working closely with families and partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of children and young people Carry out assessments and develop care/support plans Safeguard children and promote their wellbeing Work with families, carers, and multi-agency partners Attend and contribute to meetings, reviews, and case planning Qualifications: Social Work degree (or equivalent) Essential Requirements: Degree in Social Work and completion of ASYE Registration with Social Work England (SWE) Experience working with children and families Strong assessment, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
