We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to drive the design, validation, and production release of robust power electronics hardware. In this role, you will own the full hardware lifecycle-from initial concept to high-volume manufacturing-ensuring designs meet strict performance, reliability, and cost targets. Key Responsibilities * Full-Lifecycle Design: Develop hardware for DC-DC converters, traction inverters, and battery chargers, taking designs from concept and schematic capture through to production release. Design for Manufacture (DFM): Apply structured methodologies (WCA, FMEA, Tolerance Analysis, Derating) to guarantee designs are robust against environmental variation and suitable for mass production. Prototyping & Testing: Oversee prototype build, bring-up, debugging, and validation, including EMC evaluation and thermal assessment.
