Housing Development Officer - Acquisitions and Disposals Waverley Court Salary: £33,287 - £39,129 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks The Housing & Homelessness Strategy team are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can assist the delivery of new projects and strategies to increase affordable housing, to address homelessness, and make living in the city more affordable to all. The post holder should have knowledge within the housing sector and be able to contribute to the development of innovative solutions to challenges. You should have experience of assisting the delivery of successful projects through partnership working, and able to deal with changing demands. This post will primarily assist with the Council's Acquisitions and Disposals programme, aiming to increase the number of homes available as part of the Council's strategic objective to eliminate the use of unsuitable temporary accommodation.
