Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ PQE)
We’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that takes a refreshingly human approach to residential conveyancing. This is not a volume factory and it is definitely not a churn-and-burn setup. Instead, this firm focuses on quality advice, long-term client relationships and giving solicitors the space to do their job properly.
They are now looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ PQE) into a supportive and close-knit team, where you will manage your own caseload while playing an active role in the wider growth of the department.

What you’ll be doing:

Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*
Advising on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
*
Handling landlord and tenant matters, including negotiated leases
*
Acting for lenders and borrowers
*
Building strong and trusted client relationships
*
Keeping files compliant, accurate and up to date on the case management system
*
Managing billing, time recording and financial controls responsibly
*
Getting involved in marketing and networking activity where appropriate
What they’re looking for:
*
A qualified solicitor eligible to practise in England and Wales
*
At least 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing, or equivalent transferable skills
*
Strong and current technical knowledge of residential property work
*
Excellent client care and communication skills
*
Someone organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
*
A team player who represents the firm professionally at all times
