Project Manager – CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management)

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the recovery and delivery of a critical CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) project.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a high-profile, off-track programme—rapidly assessing issues, implementing a recovery plan, and driving delivery through to completion. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery focus.
Key experience
* Recent experience of CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
* 10+ years’ experience delivering complex technology programmes
* Proven success in recovering distressed projects
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing multi-vendor environments
* Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies
* Strong governance, risk, and financial management capability
* CAFM or facilities management experience
* PRINCE2, PMP, or MSP certification
Key Responsibilities
* Assess project status, identify root causes, and implement a recovery plan
* Re-baseline scope, schedule, and budget
* Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring outcomes meet time, cost, and quality targets
* Manage stakeholders across technology, facilities, and business teams
* Oversee third-party vendors and delivery against SLAs
* Maintain governance, RAID logs, and risk controls
* Track financials, performance, and delivery metrics
* Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
* This is a high-impact role with full ownership of a critical project, offering the opportunity to lead recovery and deliver meaningful results.
