We are looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant / Senior Account Manager for our Exeter office in Magdalen Road. You might be an established Senior Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager looking for a new opportunity with a new business, or a Recruitment Consultant aiming to step into your first senior role. gap personnel will provide you with all the tools to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted & non-financial targets
2. Developing existing relationships within the client base
3. Creating & maximising new business opportunities & negotiating the best commercial terms to enhance profitability
4. Writing a business plan to ensure achievement of targets
5. Supporting all branch client accounts & ensuring service levels are reviewed, managed, and improved when needed
6. Achieving agreed financial and non-financial targets
7. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and standards
Your Required Experience:
1. Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of growing & retaining business
2. Experience in developing people within their careers
3. Good knowledge of the Devon & Cornwall recruitment market
4. Ability to attract & recruit candidates aligned with client needs
5. Experience managing clients in challenging situations
6. Experience in winning new business
The Mansfield office of gap personnel is well established within the local markets. We need a passionate and driven individual eager to operate across the South West without 'local branch territory wars'. You will have autonomy in your role supported by extensive back-office functions such as marketing, compliance, sales support, credit control, and centralized/localized sales divisions.
What’s Your Return:
1. Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum + bonus on new and existing business
2. Full-time hours (37.5 hrs)
3. Holiday 25 days + Bank Holidays (33 total). Up to 5 days can be bought per year
