The Role As Integration Engineer, you will lead the vehicle integration of a model platform. Alongside this, the successful candidate would be expected to assist in the development of the integration team. This role will be on a fixed-term/contract basis from 2025 - 2029. Duties/Responsibilities Chair weekly integration meetings, gathering updates on concerns and noting next actions Own engineering concern tracker, sharing key metrics to project team Chase action owners for updates and ensuring robust resolution and documentation of concerns Independently review whole bike layouts, reporting on issues seen Attend focussed sessions on bike areas, offering solutions to concerns Check drawings, parts and general assemblies to ensure parts fit on the bike and have the appropriate attributes Escalate issues to department heads and wider project team Communicating and working with all internal departments and suppliers to ensure bike adheres to concept Skills/Experience Required Extensive Motorbike experience ideally 10 years in either an advanced Engineering/Concept role and/or Senior Chassis position Experience working within Creo and Windchill Rewards of working for Norton: We like to take care of our Nortoneers and we think we offer some pretty decent rewards.
