About The Role
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, shaping technical strategy and driving key architectural decisions. You’ll focus on designing innovative, future-ready solutions within Service Cloud and its integrations, ensuring they deliver strong business value and support long-term organisational goals. This is a hybrid role based at Barton-upon-Humber. What Wren Offer:

Main Responsibilities:
9. Build and deploy custom solutions using LWC and Apex.
10. Create, update, and optimise Flows to automate complex business processes.
11. Support integrations with external systems and APIs, leveraging Mulesoft endpoints (no direct Mulesoft development required).
12. Deliver maintainable, scalable, and high-performance code aligned with best practices.
13. Review team code and provide feedback to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
14. Work closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to ensure aligned, effective delivery.
15. Maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce in line with compliance and privacy requirements.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
16. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, plus 6+ years’ experience with enterprise-grade platforms such as Salesforce, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other CRM applications.
17. Takes initiative, ownership, and responsibility.
18. Strong desire to explore and adopt new technologies and processes.
19. Able to prioritise effectively and work autonomously.
20. Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, JavaScript (ES6+), SOQL, and RESTful APIs.
21. Experience with databases, Git-based repository tools (e.g., Bitbucket)
